Privacy Policy
TidyMuse is provided by Dobreon sp. z o.o. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Summary
TidyMuse does not require an account, does not contain advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not send your photos or videos to our servers. Photo review and similarity analysis happen on your device using Apple frameworks.
Photo Library access
TidyMuse requests read/write access to the photos and videos you choose to make available. This access is used only to display items for review, let you keep or favorite items, select items for deletion, compare potentially similar photos on your device, and apply changes after your explicit confirmation.
You may grant Full Access or Limited Access and change it at any time in iOS Settings. TidyMuse does not automatically empty the Photos “Recently Deleted” album.
Data stored on your device
TidyMuse stores a limited amount of app state locally, including Photo Library asset identifiers for reviewed items, a review count, whether onboarding was completed, when you last used the day's free session, how many sessions you have finished, your video sound setting, and whether TidyMuse Pro is active. When you favorite or unfavorite an item, TidyMuse changes the standard Favorite property in your Photo Library through Apple PhotoKit.
Removing the app normally removes its local app data. Photo Library changes already confirmed through iOS remain governed by Apple Photos and your iCloud Photos settings. One exception: whether the one-time TidyMuse Pro offer has been shown is kept in the iOS Keychain, so the offer is not shown again after the app is reinstalled. That marker holds nothing else.
Purchases
TidyMuse offers TidyMuse Pro as in-app purchases: a yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. Dobreon does not receive your payment details or your Apple Account information. The app checks whether TidyMuse Pro is active using Apple's StoreKit on your device; no purchase or usage data is sent to Dobreon.
Data collection and sharing
TidyMuse does not collect personal data from the app, sell data, use data for advertising, or share your photos, videos, or local app state with third parties. The app does not contact Dobreon servers. It communicates with Apple only through Apple frameworks: StoreKit, to show prices and process purchases, and PhotoKit, which may download a photo or video from iCloud Photos so it can be shown.
Children
TidyMuse is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Security
Processing is intentionally kept on the device to reduce exposure. Photo Library access is mediated by Apple's PhotoKit permission system.
Changes
If TidyMuse data practices change, this policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant app update, and the effective date will be revised.
